Codependency

What are the signs of Codependency?

Are you in a codependent relationships?

How can you recover from codependency?

In this short workshop you will find the answers to those questions and much more

Ever wonder about Codependency? While it is a popular topic nowadays, many people still have a misconception of what it is. Many may think: “Me? Codependent? Impossible! Everyone’s dependent on me. I do everything! I’m the one people come to to get everything done and solve their problems.”And that is precisely one of the signs of high-functioning codependency.

Codependency is a dysfunctional relationship dynamic which does not have to be necessarily romantic . It can be between parent & child, between friends, siblings and other family members.

Codependent relationships are one- sided where one person assumes the role of “the giver,” sacrificing their own needs and well-being for the sake of the other, “the taker.”

By being over- supportive, caring, highly functional, and helpful, that person “enables” a loved one’s irresponsible or destructive behavior.

Codependency can manifest asover-functioning, and over-giving,If you have control issues, if are a people’s pleaser,if you find it hard to say No or to set boundaries, if you are maintaining relationships that are not fulfilling, you may be codependent.
