Why a Retreat?

A Mindfulness Daylong Retreat allows you to step out of the complexity and busyness of your life and to listen deeply to your body, heart and mind. The central practice on our retreat will be mindfulness, a time for reflection, a time to witness what is going on inside you, a time to experience the present moment with no judgment, accepting what is.

With the deep somatic embodiment practices in this retreat, your worry and anxiety melt away, the body quiets, awareness sharpens, the mind clears, and space opens for insight and understanding to develop.

This Daylong Online Retreat will be highly practical, which means that you will have the opportunity to go inward through introspective and reflective practices. You will be able to engage in mindful activities, in movement practices to release stuck emotional energies and connect to your body, and in journaling for your mind, your heart and your soul, and more.

This is an opportunity to relax deeply, to balance your mind and emotions, and replenish your energy. You will be able to step out of the complexity and stress of your everyday life and listen deeply to your body, heart and mind.

Through the practice of inquiry you will also be able to draw on the power of interacting with like-minded participants, a powerful combination to increase self-awareness, awareness of others and loving presence.

An online retreat is restorative. It is a wonderful way to reap the benefits of a day dedicated to renewal, reconnection. A day dedicated to YOU.

The format will allow you to engage in different activities so you will not be glued to your screen all day.
