- Overnight lodging from Friday, July 24 at 3:00pm to Sunday, July 26 at 2:00 pm
- Dinner on Friday evening, three meals and snacks on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday
- We will meditate under the stars as well!!
The goal is to access our own inner wisdom by cultivating self-awareness and awareness of everything around us with non-judgment and compassion, and in that way reframe the way we meet our inevitable life challenges
