Magnesium L-Threonate

Description

Magnesium is the second most abundant electrolyte in the body, and it is used in more than 300 processes.

Magnesium L-Threonate is a nutritional supplement known for its superior ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, making it an excellent choice for supporting cognitive function, focus, enhanced memory, protection against age-related cognitive decline and neurodegenerative issues, mood support and overall brain health. It may also help with anxiety & depression,  deep sleep and constipation.

Magnesium Threonate is  commonly taken alongside L-Theanine and Apigenin in a sleep cocktail for nighttime assistance.

Magnesium L-Threonate may take a few weeks of consistent use to show noticeable cognitive benefits, such as improved memory, focus or mental clarity. Some people may experience relaxation or better sleep within the first few days of use

Directions & Dosage

– Dosage: The recommended dosage for Magnesium Threonate is 1000-2000 mg per day (it is not recommended to exceed 2000 mg per day).
– Recommended Usage: Take up to a maximum of 4 capsules per day (2000 mg) split between mornings and evenings.

The best time to take our magnesium L-Threonate is typically in the evening or before bed, as it may support a good night’s rest
