This Mindfulness Program gives you the tools to find self-awareness and balance so as to better navigate your journey, because in order to take the best care of your students, you need to learn how to best take care of yourself.
The fast pace of our everyday life can have an impact in our ability to practice patience and deep listening with our students, and the quality of the teacher/ child relationship may be negatively affected.
This program is for those educators who are interested in loving, scientifically informed, effective strategies to help children believe in themselves, be kind to themselves and others, be curious and motivated to learn, and feel safe enough to make mistakes.
Being a teacher is one of the most rewarding and meaningful experiences, and at the same time it can be the most demanding one as well. We sometimes sacrifice our own needs, even our health, along the way, leading to physical and emotional exhaustion. This may include lack of motivation, feeling burnt out, anxious and even depressed.
However, it does not need to be that way. You can be the calmer, more present teacher you want to be.
In this Mindfulness Program program you will learn tools to find equanimity, and diminish the stress in your life. Unless you take the time to nurture yourself, there will be little left to give to your students. Your students will pick up on your stress, and may suffer the consequences. Taking care of yourself is the best gift you can give to your students.
