Join our Retreat to relax deeply, balance your mind and emotions, and replenish your energy. Step out of the complexity and stress of your everyday life and listen deeply to your body, heart and mind.

Nestled in 315 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, Bon Secours is an oasis where you can relax, unwind and restore your inner power. Take a look at the lake whispering its stillness.

In the stillness of retreat, we can more easily hear our heart when it speaks to us, we can create space in our minds to allow creativity, wisdom and insights to unfold. We can choose to take a long, reflective walk through the peaceful grounds, and hike in the woods where we can go within and meet ourselves maybe for the first time.
Through teachings, guided and silent meditations, group discussions and other activities, we can fully reflect on our joys, sorrows, and fears, owning and releasing them as needed.

In our time together, through dharma talks, activities, meditations, and self-reflection, we will explore how to access the transformative power of bringing self-compassion and kindness to ourselves. We will learn how to embrace both the delightful parts and the challenging parts of our experience so you can become a true friend to yourself.

Monica Jordan M.Ed., MCMBT, will lead this retreat.
